Shipping Policy
- AngelstoAnimals.com ships all orders UPS or USPS. Every product we ship is packed according to shipping standards and insured for the value of the product. Since we ship according to standards all shipping claims will be brought directly to UPS. Please contact us with any questions regarding this. See Shipping Damages for more information.
- All orders shipped within New York State are subject to New York State Sales Tax which will be automatically calculated into your grand total.
- We also use USPS Priority Mail on some lighter shipments.
- An addtional shipping fee may apply to products shipping from a separate location and merchandiser.
- We strive to ship our products within 2-3 business days. If an order is placed early in a business day it usually ships out same day. Please note with the wide variety of products we offer, all items selected may not ship from the same location. In order for this site to offer the best possible selection and fully accommodate our customers, it is necessary to work with multiple product lines from different locations. Your total shipping fee will be noted upon check out and on your invoice. For your convenience, we will also send you an email with additional tracking numbers and notify you of any backordered items including the expected ship date. Please feel free to contact us with questions regarding this.
- Please note: Occasionally, merchandisers and/or suppliers will decide to suddenly discontinue items. If this should occur after submission of your order, or during the expected shipping process, you will be contacted immediately via email, as soon as we are notified and promptly refunded. If the supplier is expecting to receive a final shipment of that item, you will be given the option of receiving your order upon receipt of that shipment and will be informed of the expected delivery date.
- Orders will not be processed on weekends or holidays.
- As soon as your product has been shipped you will be sent an email containing the tracking number. You can also track your shipping in order tracking on our website. This will allow you to track your product quickly and easily over the internet or by phone.
Returns Policy:
Basic Information
- All returns are required to have a Return Authorization Number issued within 30 days of the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the items page.
- To request your Return Authorization Number, please enter your return information on our contact page including: Your name and customer order number, Item number, description, color and qty you are returning.
- Once the Return Authorization Number is acquired, you have 30 days to return the item(s).
- All returned items must be unused and in new, resalable condition including all hardware and instructional components and in original packaging (if applicable).
- Any returned item deemed not to fall within the preceding criteria will be returned with no credit issued at the customer’s expense.
- Once your return has been inspected please allow 15 days for credit to be applied to the credit card used for purchase.
- Initial cost of shipping is not eligible for refund.
- All products are inspected before being shipped, but damages may occur during shipping. If product is received damaged, it must be reported to the shipping company – usually UPS or USPS – within 24 hours. All boxes and packing material must be saved. It is possible that the shipping company may want to inspect these materials. Please notify us of the damage after you have reported the claim to the shipping company. Upon receiving credit from the carrier, the product will be re-shipped.
Of course if the incorrect product is shipped, or the product is defective, we will correct it.
